WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

3. This promotion can only be used once per household, shared computer or shared IP address. In the event of a customer opening more than one account to claim multiple offers we reserve the right to suspend/close duplicate accounts and void any winnings. Betzone reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

HOW TO CLAIM THIS PROMOTION

4. To qualify for our 50% back as a Free Bet offer, simply register with the promo code: CHELTENHAMWELCOME, deposit and have a minimum of 3 bets of £20 or more on your first day betting on Cheltenham.
5. Important Criteria for the Qualifying Bet:
a. Qualifying bets must be placed on Cheltenham races only.
b. The ‘first day’ is defined as the first day you place a bet on Cheltenham, after 7 am, for a race on that day. For example, if you sign up on the 13th of March, and you place your first bet after 7am on the 15th, for a Cheltenham race on that day, you must meet the qualifying criteria on the 15th.
c. Qualifying bets must be placed after 7am, on the day of the race.
d. Multiple bets in the same race count towards this promotion but must be placed on different selections.
e. Multiple bets that include non-Cheltenham selections, will not qualify for this promotion.
f. Qualifying bets must have settled. Cashed out, partially cashed out or void bets will not count.
g. Qualifying bets must be made of real money.
h. Qualifying bets must be Win-only; other bet types, including each-way bets, will not count towards the promotion.
i. Qualifying bets placed on Price Boost or Specials, will not count towards the promotion.
6. Customers can continue to place bets as usual on events outside of Cheltenham; betting on other events will not affect this promotion.
7. Your Free Bet will be calculated on your net losses over the ‘first day’ of betting on Cheltenham. For example, if you lose £100 on the first race, but win £50 on the second race and another £50 on the third race, and place no other Cheltenham bets that day, your net losses are zero and you will not receive a Free Bet.

USING FREE BETS
8. Your Free Bet will be credited to your account within 24 hours after your last qualifying bet settles.
9. Your Free Bet will be rounded down to the nearest whole pound.
10. The minimum Free Bet is £1, and the maximum is £60.
11. Your Free Bet must be used within 48 hours of being credited to your account.
12. Your Free Bet cannot be redeemed for cash at any time.
13. Your Free Bet must be placed on single selections above evens. Free bet accumulators are NOT allowed.
14. The value of your Free Bet will not be included in any winnings.
15. Your Free Bet cannot be used in conjunction with any other Betzone promotion.
16. The maximum winnings from any Free Bet is £500.

19. The purpose of this promotion is to reward loyal customers of Betzone. Patterns of betting that indicate an attempt to abuse the promotions will result in the customer having offers removed. Examples of what Betzone consider to be promotional abuse include but are not limited to:
a. Using more than one account to claim multiple bonuses.
b. Using a VPN or masking IP address.
c. Bonus stacking (where multiple deposits to claim multiple bonuses before original bonus wagering requirements are met).
